The customer service from Mpumi Zinhle Moloi was perfect, she explained everything to me clearly and patiently. The benefits and prices were quite reasonable, the only thing I found off-putting was the waiting period of chronic illness sufferers as I'm one myself, a lot could happen in a year and having and paying health cover but not being able to use it when in dire need just does not make any sense to me.
