The customer service...
The customer service is great but I find it difficult to understand some of the benefits I pay for in terms of day-to-day cover

Kindly note that we have 4 different Health Insurance plans, and each plan has a different cover limit, you will be covered up to the respective cover limit depending on the Plan type that you are covered on for day-to-day and in-hospital claims. As a medical insurance, our cover or benefits have specific limits applicable and there are annual cover limits on all our cover types which will renew on the anniversary of your policy.
