The consultant that assisted me, Kopano Makgeledise was so lovely and did the best they could to help The actual product they offer isn’t too bad - really convenient with the debit card like payment, but the waiting period is extremely long. 1 year for optometry benefit and you only get R170 OTC for 12 months how crazy is that ?? My mother and I were both on the One Plan Core Plus plan for reference. But their customer service is great !
