THE BEST PET INSURANCE IN SOUTH AFRICA - GUARANTEED
I would like to give OnePlan PET INSURANCE a 5-Star rating as they truly deserve it. There was some confusion from our side with our claim on the loss of our beloved dog and OnePlan kept their professionalism and patience with my constant nagging and "harassment". They had no issues with our claim and it would have been paid sooner had all the necessary information been submitted by me (in my defense I was grieving the sudden and brutal loss of my beautiful furry). However, well done OnePlan on your patience, professionalism and honesty in dealing with our claim. I will always highly recommend you to anyone who is looking for pet insurance. You are the best.
