The app was down
The app was down. I reached out via whatsapp fully expecting to wait a whole day for a response. However I was quickly assisted by Tricia Mmotsa who handled my query, claim, questions and concerns all within 10 minutes. The claim was loaded to my card and I was all set to go with no Hiccups. I am honestly shook. This is one of the best insurance experiences I have had.
