The agent, Julian David, that helped me on whatsapp was so patient with me. I did not have time to be on my phone the whole time so I rep**** as I got time. The agent waited through the whole day until I was happy with the outcome of my decision. He was very informative and explained everything very well without pushing me to make a decision. I can recommend One Plan Pet insurance for anyone. You dont have to pay out of your own pocket for unforeseen visits to the vet and the customer service is excellent even after you signed up and claims is smooth and pay out quick if its needed. Finally a pet insurance that stands out. I've been with others and what a waste. 5 out of 5 for One plan and their customer service.
