The agent didn’t have information about doctors visits

Please note that Oneplan does not have a restricted network of service providers. You are able to visit any registered service provider within the borders of South Africa that has a valid practice number and can provide a computer-generated invoice. Additionally, our team is unable to provide advice or recommendations on which providers to use. 

If you find that the current cover limits do not meet your needs, you have the option to upgrade your plan to one that offers higher limits for doctor visits and other services. This can provide more flexibility and better support for your healthcare requirements.
