ONE PLAN PET INSURANCE GETS 5 STARS FROM ME!!!!! I shopped around for quite some time to find a decent pet insurance and honestly I can say from the service to the extra mile, I have not been let down by them. I would like to personally thank REFILWE LEOPENG for her speedy assistance in the claims department for being firstly friendly, secondly professional and thirdly kind. Once the claim went through I dealt with who I can only describe as an Angel, KELLY VANDERHAAR , Wow! In my emotional state over my pet Kelly went over and above the expected service and ran a marathon for me to get my issue resolved. I honestly am just so greatful and so glad to be with a company that actually cares and tries to help and so quickly, they understand the urgency of medical care! I recommend one plan pet insurance to all my friends, family and even strangers I meet at the vet or on social media.
