Thanks to the many portals they have available for one to access your policy, submitting a claim or query is quick and easy. And their customer service agents are friendly, informed and very helpful. Thanks to Shannen Mc Pherson who assisted me on the Whatsapp chat, for not only attending to my administrative query, but also giving me an updated on my limit on some of my products on the police. Job well done Shannen.
