I was fortunate to find Eamonne Macfarlane in the Pet Pre-Auths Division this week who so patiently assisted me in understanding my policy and putting my mind at ease, and then explaining the finer details before making final application once my daxie comes out of hospital after a major spinal op. My sincerest thanks dear Eamonne; you are a total gem! Thank you also to OnePlan for their kind consideration in everything related to their customers & their animals. Our black lab recently passed away and the touch of a candle and card was very much appreciated.
