In fact all the consultants I have spoken with have been kind, considerate and empathetic. Unusual in this day and age. Each time I chat to Brave I feel really cared about and supported. It's wonderful to have a kind and happy person to speak to when dealing with challenging health issues. Nothing is too much trouble and he went out of his way to make sure I had all the details and treated me with respect and I really feel like he genuinely cares about my recovery. It's nice to have a voice at the end of the phone instead of a machine and also the same person who you build a rapport with. These little things go a long way in lifting the burden of pain and suffering we endure with these fragile human bodies we carry around.
