I have to say my experience with one plan yesterday was truelly awesome with the help of a brilliant assistant Renee ***ley u truelly came thru for me Having my claim approved the same day i needed to load another to see a specialist as this was the only day he could see me Really great service ! With regards to renewing the new cards being issued oneplan i really hope u got this sorted as my card expired in 19 june and new one issued almost a month later which resulted with me having to use my own money as my card was expied ane funds could not be loaded Renee u really made up for that and thanks for call back to check if alls good and wel wishes much appreciated regards Mrs R Louw
