We are very happy with the assistance and communication from Reabetsoe Letsatsi and Carina De Villiers at OnePlan Insurance. Our request was thoroughly considered and was dealt with and finalized within a week. Thanks to One Plan and the helpful staff, our lovely dog Duke's quality of life has been improved tremendously.
