Thank you Oneplan and Kiasha Pillay!

I have been struggling to make payments the last few months after being with Oneplan for 3 years. When I told them I would need to cancel due to my changed financials, they came up with such a wonderful plan for me to keep my jack Russell insured at a rate I could afford. Kiasha Pillay was so friendly and sympathetic and organised that I could take a break for a month to catch up and then be back on plan with no waiting period. Thank you so much!
