I was helped by a consultant by the name of Mandisa Ndlamlenze and she was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I've gotten quick responses from Oneplan at all times and my questions are answered in a way that's easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Oneplan especially for those who need cover but don't want to/can't afford to pay exorbitant prices to medical aids for little to no coverage.
