Thank you to Oneplan and especially a huge thank you to Reabetsoe Letsatsi for the amazing service. On two occasions we have had to hospitilize our kitty in a hurry and Oneplan have gone above and beyond to get the pre authorisations done and then the payments made to the hospital. Having a pet in the hospital is extremely stressful and we are forever grateful to the team at Oneplan for managing their side so efficiently.
