Thank you Nisha Hartley for the quick response and friendliness to my query - and that on a Sunday! I am suitably impressed - first time I am claiming on my policy! Pity the call centre wasn't as helpful with procedure to follow when my fur baby was involved in a tiff and needed stitches.
