This is a letter of appreciation for all of the effort and help that you have given me yesterday pertaining to my payout claims. I have dealt with quite a few people at One Plan and none of them could assist me the way that you did. You are an absolute star and an asset to your Company, and I would also like to thank Annette Benemeer for her assistance with these quick payout queries. As for Management I would highly recommend that you please relook Mpho's Salary and I thing that a big increase is overdue ....... Thank again Mpho much appreciated
