Thank you Maneo Bo***o at Oneplan Pet Insurance

I was assisted by Maneo Bo***o at the start of May, my cat was sick and I had just come off night shift. After being anxious all night about my furr baby Maneo was sympathetic, helpful and could not have made the process of getting my funds loaded easier.

I spoke to her again a week later to get everything sorted before the routine visit for both my cats and I had somehow managed to stuff up my log in for the app, once again she was friendly, patient and efficient and got everything sort out for me in no time.

I work for an internal insurance company myself so I am naturally critical of customer service and the claims process, but I can honestly only say good things about my experience with oneplan because of agents like Maneo and the ease of getting claims processed. I will continue to highly recommend Oneplan Pet insurance and the other insurance products they provide.
