We've been with One Plan for a little over 2years when the worst happened - our leashed Boerboel got attacked by an off lead dog and in twisting to get away, ruptured his cruciate ligament. He went in for the op and every step of the way Kim Street kept us up to date - she handled all the paperwork and kept us in the loop! Super grateful for her kindness and efficiency - it meant one less thing to stress about!
