Thank you is just not enough

I am very impressed with One Plan and the way that my claim has been processed. My claims consultant Heather Webster made sure I understand everything and she is always quick to reply to my emails. I was very hesitant to take up cover at first, thinking that nothing will happen to my dog... And if it wasn't for the persistence of the sales consultant I would have been sitting with an injured dog and thousands of Rands in vet bills to pay. I am very thankful to you.
