Thank you for empathetic and awesome service
For the 2nd time in the space of 2 weeks, I have had the privilege of dealing with Eamonne Macfarlane in the claims team. This consultant is worthy of a brilliant rating, the sense of empathy, service excellence and efficient service is highly commendable. It is never easy to have a furbaby that has fallen so suddenly ill at 20 months and where the inevitable decision is needed to ease any further suffering. Eamonne even went above and beyond, once my 2 claims were approved, to ensure that Riley is taken off cover going forward, to spare me the emotion of having to communicate that she has crossed the bridge. Thank you again Eamonne, you are a blessing, and One Plan, please take care of this valuable asset on your team.
