I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Joel Mabuso for the excellent service he provided me with yesterday. Joel helped me to sort out my account after I discovered that there had been some major hiccups on my premiums since from last year December and I made payment last week Friday but unfortunately I didn't use my policy number as reference and the payment wasn't allocated and my policy was still suspended.<br> <br> I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your offices.<br> However, Joel's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. <br> <br> Within a couple of hours,he was able to get the payment allocated to my account and my policy activated again. <br> <br> <br> Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
