THANK YOU!!!

Wow, where to start . . . . . My Dachshund Toby started to be unwell on Sunday, didn't seem to bad at the time but things quickly escalated by midnight. I phoned my vet for an appointment, explaining what was happening and i got in for 08h15, and he was admitted straight into Hospital, by that stage he was passing blood in his stool and puking all at the same time. Before I managed to make an appointment with the Vet, I logged a call to OnePlan Pet Insurance and got a vet visit preloaded onto my card. Once admission in hospital was done, I got on to the WhatsApp with a wonderful consultant by the name of Kim Street. What an amazing lady, she did everything in her power to look after me, and my Toby. Nothing was too much, she even had me logged on WhatsApp while she was chatting to the vet and getting all the information that was needed to make sure that Toby was looked after. I was at all time kept up to date as to what was happing weather via WhatsApp or e-mail!!! After a night in Hospital, which fell under Hospital Cover/Gap Toby was good to go home as he was doing very well and by the time that he was collected, I and the vet received confirmation from OnePlan that the Bill will be covered in full. I, personally did not expect such amazing treatment, from a total stranger, who not only was so understanding and kind, but also so efficient and caring, looking after her patient and his mom, who was a total emotional wreck!! Thank you KIM STREET and OnePlan for such an amazing service. THANK YOU!! (PS: Toby is recovering very well)
