Oneplan gave me great service,they were quick to respond and they were very professional but still had a sense of humor. The consultant(Mr Nkosinathi Ndlovu) was very patient with me although I had many questions to ask him and when I asked him to rephrase something in my own language which was Zulu he gladly did.

I must say although a few days later I had to cancel my policy because I couldn't afford all the things I wanted to be covered for my little fur baby due to my expenses were to high for a student, I would definitely join Oneplan next year.
