I have been with OnePlan for over a year for my pup's pet insurance and have been so happy with my experience. Going to the vet isn't scary anymore because I know I won't be left having to worry about the vet bill. Recently, one of my dogs died and it was hard trying to deal with the loss and organize everything on the insurance side of things. But Sibonginkosi has been phenomenal and has walked me through the process as well as doing everything she can to lighten the load for me which I am so incredibly grateful for! A true blessing, thank you Sibonginkosi!
