I've been looking for medical Aid and went to One Plans web page. I was asked if they could call me to Assist me and within 5 minutes I was called. The Lady who helped me was very helpful. She explained everything that I had enquired about, she made sure I understood and most importantly she spoke slowly and clearly something most medical aid people do not do. and lastly she was helpful and did not try to force anything. Thank you very must One Plan you have great staff.
