Thaneshree Konar - I just want to thank you for your excellent service. Thaneshree assisted me with claims that I required refunds for. I have been trying to get this sorted since 20.06.2019, and she sorted it out for me without any issues. Please don't ever let her go, she will forever be my GO TO PERSON!! YOU ARE AWESOME!!! I would also like to mention, I have read a few complaints about claims,.... We have been with one plan since 2015. They covered the birth of my second baby (and I was in hospital twice during the pregnancy), I had no issues with One Plan paying this in full. With regards to claims, we always knew what would be covered and what not. We have never had issues with claims not being paid. If there was issues with claims, it was because we did not send through the necessary documents. When we did, our claims were always sorted out. We have always had awesome service. THANK YOU GUYS.
