Thandeka Mazibuko - An outstanding consultant
This review is purely for Thandeka Mazibuko. Thandeka is the most dedicated, professional, friendly and well educated sales consultant I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Her patience in explaining my policy in a way I can understand as well as finding the best possible cover for my fur babies within their needs is truly admirable. Although a policy schedule is sent to you, she took the time to ensure I understood every last sentence. Her ability to maintain professionalism and care at the same time is truly outstanding. She definitely turned my view on insurance around! I will definitely continue communicating with Thandeka Mazibuko about my pet insurance needs.
