TERRIBLE, SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Am a menber of Oneplan Pet Insurance. Pay montly premiums and when you want to use it once a year, your card gets declined at the Vet. The staff that assist you are the worst ever. Do not inform you about all the important detail that you must know in order to make use of the Insurance. MAKOSAZANI, who is at the call centre is the most arrogant person i ever met. I would recommend NO ONE to ever make use of Oneplan, because of people like Makosazani. When you had a really bad experience you expect the person on the other side to calm you down, but she rather upset you even more. Someone need to teach her about customer service PLEASE!!!!</p>
