Terrible Service
I am absolutely disgusted! Today I received an e-mail from a debt collecting company stating that I owe Oneplan money and that the debt has been handed over to them. NOT ONCE has Oneplan contacted me regarding the money that I apparently owe them - I was never aware of it. All my premiums was always paid on time. This is the second bad review that I am writing. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional service!!!!
