Terrible sales service

The worst sales experience ever!!! The rudest consultant, I get a call from a sales person named Nthabeleng, she introduces herself and the product - I tell her I am not interested and rudely responds why did I respond yes to the sms.

I ask her when was the sms sent, she says she doesnt know! That time this sma is from months ago. This is a terrible representation.
