Terrible, poor, unhelpful Service
It is with absolute regret that I write this poor review for Oneplan insurance, as I have experienced the worst customer service in my life. It has an extremely unhelpful call centre, that cuts off your call repeatedly. If they do answer they can never assist you. The pet insurance is a extremely not worth it, you end up paying for everything. Their claims process and App does not work. Nothing works. I canceled a policy with Oneplan,however went back to them, and deeply regret it now. I have had the worst seevice, which is most frustrating.
