Terrible plan

<p>if you want stress on top of your everyday stress join this plan.they don't know what they are doing .i joined this plan about few months ago it has brought nothing but a ver stressful experience .they give you some stupid card that they load money on when you claim for doctors visit .but when you try using it you can't get the whole amount and they still deduct an added R50 on your account with every claim,,?and then they ask for doctors receipt and I had email them the reciept they still Harrassed me with emails saying they did not receive it.they will never call you to ask anything they will just send you tons of emails.I called them several times to say that I have sent the proof of doctors visit but they still Harrassed me with emails and then the told me to go back to the doctor to ask for the practice number ?? I mean if they have all the information from the doctor why don't they call the doctor themselves .Then they finally stopped .to my shock when I try to claim doctors visit again they suspended the policy without even telling me.but still deducted money from my account ..this policy is rediculous .if you are looking for a health insurance this is no way to go .this is very disappointing .</p>
