Terrible insurance
Terrible insurance every time I think they just couldn’t get worse then they do there is surtain medication they do not cover they always giving problems with payments for surtain thing
The saddest part of this insurance is that if you suffer from any kind of mental disorder they do not cover it whether it’s medication or in hospital and it’s so scary that they do not consider such illnesses as illness

Upon review of your complaint, we would like to clarify that on the policy schedule which is sent to the policyholder's email upon registration of the policy, under Section 7. General Exclusions - The Stuff We Don't Cover, it states; We will not be liable for expenses, hospitalisation, injury, sickness or disease and/or complications directly, or indirectly caused by or related to the following: and lists a number of conditions. Point number 13 mentions Mental illness, psychiatric disorders, symptoms and related treatment and hospitalisation.
We encourage all our clients to read the policy documents that are sent to them as all benefits are explained in detail. This is important in order to fully understand the plan that they have selected and its limitations.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
