Terrible, horrible nightmare!

<p>I have cancelled my policy effective 1/9/2015, after all outstanding affairs were settled. I have been harrassed ever since and I am obtaining legal advise now and reporting them to the FSB. Every now and then i receive threats for "outstanding amunt", every time i am assured, in writing, that i should ignore as there is nothing outstanding. In June i received a letter of demand from a debt management company, and an apology afterwards. What do i receive today? another letter of demand from the same debt company demanding the same amount! Not even one plan's complaints department reacts to official complaints! </p>
