Terrible communication and customer service

I have been with One Plan since I was 16 and moved over to my own policy when I was 21. I am currently pregnant and I have had to jump through hoops to get them to pay for the LITTLE the say they do. When I was told that they would cover the birth of my baby they took more the 2 months to actually tell exactly how much they cover for and also all the conditions I.e. emergency C-Section ect. It has been a struggle from the beginning so for anyone who is thinking of using them as a medical insurance don't waste your time or money.
