I had a problem to get hold of One Plan for nearly a day via phone & Whats App, I eventually got hold om them and spoke to Tamerine. We still had problems with connection but eventually, after numerous attempts from her side as well as my side, we could sort my problem out. She's very helpful and prepared to go the extra mile. Friendly and patient.
