Talk about selling dreams !

Makes no sense that the insurance house would have debited your account and gotten all the required pictures and still 24hours later your car is not covered and you're told the car will be validated after a month at least. So park my car I already paid an insurance premium for I guess ?? To top things up, they took over a month to process a claim I am willing to bet it was because they were tired of my every day follow up.

They claim you can do everything on the app yet many things are still manual, I was told I could log a claim on the app but I had to do it manually. The app functionalities are apparently manually controlled, the call me back request has at least 6 hours turnaround time, great! The validations and claims departments I am guessing each only has one person working, hurray!!

As you could probably guess, I am very HAPPY about the service I am getting !!!
