Take premiums and don't pay out
I had a claim unjustly repudiated in its entirety last week for a non pre-existing condition. I would like to warn people that their modus operandi is to hide behind their 'terms and conditions' to the fullest. I even said to them in writing that to be fair, I did not expect the entire amount to be covered. Beware of this company, they are very quick to take premiums but do not pay!

I see from the comments below that my case is certainly not isolated. I will now be aggressively warning many people on ALL social media platforms demonstrating the companies ************ business ethics as well as placing OnePlan's name on the more than 80 ********** Facebook groups.
