SWEETNESS is the sweetest
I became very tearful on the call. Due to financial struggles I have been unable to pay my monthly premium. I spoke to a lady today, her name is Sweetness and she was EXACTLY that. She was so understanding and symphathetic of my situation. She advised that all hope is not lost, and instead of having NO healthcare cover, we mutually agreed on a plan that suited my current financial situation. She explained the next few steps very clearly. Sweetness was FRIENDLY, HELPFUL and so CARING. I have been exceptionally happy with One Plan over the last 2 years, and by Sweetness going the extra mile for me in this desperate time of need, proves that there is hope in humanity. THANK YOU SWEETNESS & THANK YOU ONE PLAN.
