I had a little problem with my puppy's health insurance and by phoning, Renee ***ley picked up the phone. What an amazing young woman!!! She answered every question, see to all my needs, all whilst she was not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable and could supply me with all the relevant answers. It is an absolute pleasure, as a client, to be treated with so much respect and dignity. Oneplan, once again, you did not disappoint! 5 stars for you and if I could, 20 out of 10 for Renee ***ley.
