Suzan Mnisi was great
Suzan Mnisi helped me get my dog (Spike) insured today. She was clear, professional, and extremely pleasant!!!! Suzan knew all the product features very well. Suzan knows how to offer the upsell/cross-sell without being intrusive or pushy while still focusing on closing a deal to deliver to my immediate needs.
