I write to commend one person. Her name is Ashlin Isaacs aka Miracle Worker. I have the tiniest of slip ups procedure wise, a space between a digit or some similar crisis (since the ineptitude of all other consultants turn the simple into a crises of monumental proportions.) Everything comes to a standstill. I cannot claim although my premium was paid timeously. I get multiple calls but not one follow up despite promises. I email three times. I get one auto generated response and then nothing. It is now 10 days since I made payment. This could go on forever. And then I remember the little gem, the dynamo, Ashlin Isaacs. I drop my problem onto her lap late on Tuesday afternoon and like magic, she solves it! And gives me great advice...no spaces in the policy number on proof of payment. Seems like this piece of rocket science caused a collective collapse at Oneplan. Ashlin is the only person needed there, I swear. Let her have a support group of her choosing and make her the President. There are no words....thank you Ashlin.

Please note that it is important for policyholders to use the correct reference when making an EFT payment in order for the payment to be allocated correctly to the policy. In the event that an incorrect reference is used, the payment will have to be allocated manually. For any future EFT payments to your premium, please may you only use your policy number as a reference to ensure it is allocated correctly and the letter N in front of your policy number may be used when you are making payments towards a claim amount.
