Super Star Agent Krystal Munsami

I had the pleasure of speaking to a Super Star of an agent by the name of Krystal Munsami. I wanted to take out pet insurance that I cancelled last year due to covid. However all is back in order thanks to Krystal. I was on a call she held on with no attitude. The call dropped so many times but she just laughed and said " its fine, we will pick up where we left" some agents get frustrated. I even put her on hold for 5 min or so and she still was not phased. I wish your agent Nathan Nancies could learn what customer care is all about from Krystal Munsami.
