Such a pleasure being a One Plan Medical Insurance client
Such a pleasure being a One Plan Medical Insurance client. So many choices of systems to use: The One Plan App on my phone, their Chatbot, WhatsApp, as well as email and calling in personally. The prompts on all systems are clear and helpful. The call centre has professional, informed and helpful staff.
