Such a lovely experience
Such a lovely experience. These guys are always available to take your call and assist. They are so friendly and efficient. Making a claim and being paid out is hassle free. Company’s should learn how to deal with Customer Queries the way these guys do. I am so impressed how One Plan takes all the stress away from you when your pet is hurt or unwell. I wish Discovery Health Care was half as competent and affordable as these guys. Well done Team you have proven that you have the best interests of your staff at heart. This rating does not praise your level of efficiency enough.
