Struggle With Claims
Do not join Oneplan, really pathetic endless problems with claims, claim submitted and acknowledgement received 14 December 2022 till today 29 December 2022 no refund if you phone to find out they are quick to say "we have 7 days to refund" well from 14 December to 29 December much longer than 7 days, phoned today hold for 10 min on the phone just to be cut off Oneplan does not even phone yo back, pathetic
