Still waiting for assistance to cancel

<p>I am a little bit annoyed I've been with one plan for a year now and had no troubles and have been very happy but I want to cancel as I am leaving the country at the end of the month. I have emailed and had no response then I phoned last Thursday and got told the cancelling department will phone me after 1 pm it's now Monday and still waiting for someone to assist me in canceling . </p>
