Step 1: Signing up
I just signed up for Oneplan Pet Insurance yesterday. I wanted to do it in person as opposed to doing it online so that I could discuss various aspects of the policy etc. Janelle Elias was the sales consultant who met with me. She was so helpful, professional and kindly answered all my questions and I left the meeting with peace of mind! Thank you Janelle, much appreciated! As time goes by I will be giving feedback on the actual Oneplan Pet Insurance product as and when I make use of it... (This review is only for my experience signing up for the product)
